The last time I gave my testimony in the Impact of Crime class for offenders, one of them asked me if I thought I'd be able to open myself up and be able to love again....I had to think real hard about it... my answer? "I really don't know!" |

WITHOUT A THOUGHT OR A WORD, SHE LET GO!
She let go of the fear. She let go of the judgments. She let go of the confluence of opinions swarming around her head. She let go of the committee of indecision within her . She let go of all the 'right' reasons. Wholly and completely, without hesitation or worry, she just let go.
She didn't ask anyone for advice. She didn't read a book on how to let go... She didn't search the scriptures. She just let go. She let go of all of the memories that held her back. |

Several months ago I was agonizing over WHY!? Not so much why I was shot, but why Life's Storms STILL haunted me each and every day!
I tried for so long... I thought to myself, "Why do I need to be THIS STRONG, God??? WHY??? I mean you helped me survive being shot~! What ELSE do I have to face that's worse than that??? Then it came to me several months ago... Diamonds are created under intense fire and pressure over a long period of time and diamonds come out shining like stars and can cut glass! |

SCORN ~ My friend brought this to my attention. "Healing Place has helped promote this Movie. I had the pleasure of speaking with Nick Dalmacy the Producer, he is a great guy trying to help promote awareness on DV. Hopefully the movie will make it to all the states." :)
